ProMDM d.o.o. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) develops ProMDM Authenticator mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.
We use your Personal Information only for providing the App and ensuring that if performs its intended purpose – additional protection and increased security for your account by providing multi factor authentication (“MFA”) service.

While using our App, we may ask you to provide App with certain personally identifiable information (i.e. account name via QR code input). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your account name (“Personal Information”). Such information is primarily, but not exclusively, used for authentication purposes by your MFA service.
Such information is collected and visible exclusively to the organization or provider of your MFA service (your organization or service provider) and should be primarily used to protect your user account.
ProMDM d.o.o. does not have access or any control over this information or process.
Please ensure that you have a clear understanding and detailed information from your MFA service provider about usage and rights that MFA system has over your personal information.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of (16th June 2020) and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
